AniUI Academy

Terms of use

Read the lessons, write the code, keep your own account honest. We will try to keep the site up and your progress intact, but this is a learning site, not a guarantee of a job.

Last updated 10 August 2026

Your account

One account per person. Keep your password to yourself — anything done with your account is treated as done by you. You need to be at least 13 to have one, and if you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian’s permission before buying anything.

Pick a display name and handle other people can see without wincing. Impersonating someone else, or using a name chosen to abuse or mislead, is grounds for removing the account.

Earning progress honestly

XP, streaks, badges, leaderboard position and certificates only mean something if they were earned. Do not use a second account to inflate your own standing, automate your way through quizzes and challenges, or interfere with how progress is recorded.

We can correct or remove XP that was not earned, and can remove an account that keeps doing it. If a certificate was issued off the back of it, we can revoke that too.

The lessons themselves

The lessons, articles, challenges and their text belong to Anish L. Read them, learn from them, and use what you learn in your own work — including commercially, without asking. Copying lessons out to republish them elsewhere, as your own or behind your own paywall, is not allowed.

The code samples are yours to use freely, with no attribution required. Code you write in the playground or a challenge stays yours; we do not store it.

Your resume

The resume maker is a tool, not a review. What you write in it is yours and is your responsibility — we do not check it, endorse it, or send it anywhere.

The job board

Listings describe roles at other companies. We do not employ anyone listed, are not party to your application, and cannot promise a listing is current, that the pay is as described, or that anyone will reply. Deal with employers as you would from any other job board: carefully, and never paying to apply.

Paying for a test

The lessons are free. Tests are paid, and a purchase buys one attempt at one test — it does not expire, and failing does not entitle you to another. Prices are shown before you pay and include any tax due.

Purchases are final, with one exception: if our systems are the reason you could not sit or finish a test, you get the attempt back or your money back. The refund policy sets out exactly what that covers.

A test result and any certificate from it belong to you. Sitting a test for someone else, or having someone else sit yours, voids both.

What we do not promise

  • That the site is always up. We will try, and we cannot guarantee it.
  • That the content is complete or error-free. The web moves and lessons go stale. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
  • That finishing anything here gets you a job. A certificate records that you completed a course. It is not a qualification, it is not accredited, and no employer is obliged to recognise it.

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as it is, and our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you like, from your profile page. We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms — for anything short of deliberate abuse, we will tell you why first.

Changes and contact

These terms can change; the date at the top says when they last did. If a change materially affects you, we will say so rather than quietly editing the page.

These terms are governed by Indian law, and anything that cannot be settled by email goes to the courts at Nagercoil, India. Questions go to hi@anishl.dev. What we store about you is set out in the privacy policy, and aniui.dev has its own terms covering the component library.
