What to write about
- Something in a lesson is wrong
- The most useful email I get. Send the lesson URL and what you think is incorrect. Corrections go in quickly and I would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong for everyone else.
- You cannot get into an exam, or one went wrong
- If a sitting was lost to a crash, a power cut or anything else that was not your doing, say what happened and roughly when. This is the situation the refund policy exists for.
- Refunds
- Exam sittings are not refundable on a change of mind, but a technical fault that cost you your attempt is a different matter and gets sorted out.
- Your data
- You can delete your account yourself from your profile, and it is immediate. Email if you want a copy of what is stored about you first, or need something corrected that you cannot edit yourself.
- Posting a job
- The board lists frontend roles and prints the salary whenever the employer will say. Send the role, the location, whether it is remote, and what it pays.

If something is broken rather than merely wrong — a page that will not load, a quiz that will not submit — an issue on GitHub is the fastest route, because it goes straight to where the fix has to happen. Email is fine too.
